    What are the care instructions for your fabrics and pillow covers?
    Woven and ikat cotton fabrics: Light-medium color fabrics can be washed in cold water gentle cycle with like colors or handwash in cold water. For dark colors, handwash only. Do not bleach. Do not wring. Regular drying cycle or lay flat to dry. Iron on medium. 
    Heavy Woven and ikat fabrics + found textiles: Spot clean only.
    Fabrics with silk: Dry-clean or handwash.

    What are your lead times and minimums?
    All in-stock fabric is shipped within 4-5 business days + shipping time from Dallas, TX to destination. Made-to-order products take 8-10 business days for production + shipping time from Dallas, TX to destination. Larger wholesale orders may take longer. Custom weaving and out-of-stock fabrics can take 10-12 weeks.
    Our fabric minimum is 2 yards. We accept 1 yard orders with a cut fee of $35.00.

    What is your return policy?
    On fabrics: Please note slubs, bars, striations and slight irregularities are an inherent part of handmade textiles and are not considered defects, hence, returns will not be accepted.
    On finished product: Because each KUFRI product is made to order, once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.
    Any concerns must be addressed in 72 hours of receiving product. Kindly email hello@kufrilife.com for questions or concerns.

    Can I place a fabric on reserve?
    Yes. Fabrics can be reserved for up to 7 business days. Your fabric will be removed from reserve status after 7 business days.

    Do you offer swatches of your fabrics?
    Yes. Swatches are available upon request. Please email hello@kufrilife.com for inquiries.

    How will my package be shipped?
    We use FedEx and USPS for all our shipments unless otherwise specified. Please note USPS does not attempt multiple deliveries, so please arrange for a shipping address where someone can receive the package during the day, or if package is missed and a notice is left, follow instructions for a direct pick-up to be arranged from the post office.     What size insert should I use for my pillow cover?
    Our pillows come with inserts, but if you choose to use your own, we recommend using inserts 1.5″- 2″ larger than the cover.
