What is your return policy on fabrics and pillows?

Fabrics & Wallpapers:
KUFRI does not accept returns. Fabric yardage and Wallpaper is non-refundable once cut. To avoid dissatisfaction, we recommend requesting a CFA or purchasing larger samples. Any flaws must be brought to our attention within 10 days of delivery and prior to cutting and/or installation.

We believe our products are of the highest artisan quality, with the ability to serve their intended purpose. When purchasing our products, customers must take into consideration the conditions of their intended site and particular situation. Any and all product defects should be reported immediately upon discovery, prior to installation or processing of any manner. Our liability will not exceed the value of the products in question. We are not liable for loss of profits and consequential, financial, or any other losses. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer with product in original condition.

Due to the handmade nature of our fabrics, they are not guaranteed against wear, fading, abrasion, stretch or shrinkage. Irregularities like striations, slubs, bars and variations in weave and dye lot are inherent to its beauty and craftsmanship. We recommend knit-backing, stain and/or UV treating to increase longevity. Please contact us for more information on treatments.

Pillows:
Our Pillows are Made-To-Order, each one made just for you, for this reason KUFRI does not accept returns on Pillows. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, design and weave are inherent and embraced. We are happy to answer any questions you have prior to placing your order!

Other goods:
KUFRI does not accept returns. Any concerns must be brought to our attention immediately. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer with product in original condition.

What are your lead times and ship times?

Turnaround time for Pillows:
If fabric is in stock, our typical turnaround time is 12-14 business days for production, please add 3-5 business days for shipping. In the event the fabric is out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible.

What is your fabric minimum?

Our minimum is 3 yards. There is a $60.00 cut fee for orders under the minimum. Custom textile minimums vary.

Do you offer swatches of your fabrics?

Yes. Swatches are available upon request. Please email hello@kufrilife.com for inquiries or order directly online with your trade account.

Can I place a Reserve? What about CFA's?

We have a no-reserve policy; our slow-textiles processes means we continuously bring in small batches of all our fabrics to keep our Dallas warehouse stocked with fresh inventory. This allows designers who really want our fabrics to get it in real-time, on a first-come-first-serve basis.

In handmade textiles, a 3-5% dye lot shift is normal and to be expected. If a dye-lot has shifted more than normal, it is in our best practices to automatically inform you and send you a Cutting For Approval. Otherwise, CFA's are not required or sent.

How will my package be shipped?

We use USPS and FedEx for all our shipments unless otherwise specified. Please note, USPS does not attempt multiple deliveries, so please arrange for a shipping address where someone can receive the package during the day, or if package is missed and a notice is left, follow instructions for a direct pick-up to be arranged from the post office. KUFRI cannot be held responsible for delays occurring when a package is in transit. KUFRI cannot be held responsible for missing packages.
