What is your return policy on fabrics and pillows?

Fabrics:
Please note slubs, bars, striations and slight irregularities are an inherent part of handmade textiles and are not considered defects, hence, returns will not be accepted. We strongly suggest getting a swatch prior to purchasing if you are not familiar with our fabrics. Please contact us for information on stain/flame and knit-back treatment for your fabrics.

Pillows:
All our Pillows are Made To Order, each one made just for you.
Because of the nature of our made-to-order pillows, we currently do not accept any returns. Swatches are available prior to placing your order so that you can ensure the fabric will work in your space. We are happy to answer any questions you have prior to placing your order!

What are your lead times and ship times?

Turnaround time for Pillows:
Typical turnaround time is 8-10 business days for production, please add 3-5 business days for shipping. In the event the fabric is out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible.

What are your minimums?

Our minimum is 3 yards. There is a $60.00 cut fee for orders under the minimum. Custom textile minimums vary.

Do you offer swatches of your fabrics?

Yes. Swatches are available upon request. Please email hello@kufrilife.com for inquiries or order directly online with your trade account.

Can I place a Reserve? What about CFA's?

We have a no-reserve policy; our slow-textiles processes means we continuously bring in small batches of all our fabrics to keep our Dallas warehouse stocked with fresh inventory. This allows designers who really want our fabrics to get it in real-time, on a first-come-first-serve basis.

In handmade textiles, a 3-5% dye lot shift is normal and to be expected. If a dye-lot has shifted more than normal, it is in our best practices to automatically inform you and send you a Cutting For Approval. Otherwise, CFA's are not sent.

How will my package be shipped?

We use FedEx and USPS for all our shipments unless otherwise specified. Please note USPS does not attempt multiple deliveries, so please arrange for a shipping address where someone can receive the package during the day, or if package is missed and a notice is left, follow instructions for a direct pick-up to be arranged from the post office. If you have specific shipping questions, please email us at hello@kufrilife.com.

What size insert should I use for my pillow cover?

Our pillows come with inserts, but if you choose to use your own, we recommend using inserts 2 inches larger than the cover.

Do you do custom textiles?

Yes, we offer a range of custom textile services. We love working with designers, architects and brands to design, develop and produce custom handwoven and handprinted textiles.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Yes, we accept wholesale orders on pillows, table linens, blankets and other finished textile products.

I am a designer/showroom and would love to carry your fabric line. How do I go about doing that?

Please email hello@kufrilife.com and tell us about your studio/showroom. We are always open to learning about new possible partnerships.
